Hi Jazz Families!

Our Winter Jazz Night is Wednesday January 13th at 7:00 pm, Nathan Hale HS Performing Arts Center

It will be important that kids plan ahead and take home whatever they’ll need for the concert that afternoon, as we won’t have access to JAMS that night.

Call Time: 6:30, Nathan Hale band room. Bring instrument and Music!

Attire:

– Beginning & Junior: Jazz t-shirts, black dress pants/black socks/black dress shoes OR Jazz t-shirt, black skirt (must cover knees when seated), black tights, black dress shoes. Didn’t get your Jazz shirt? Contact clpeng62@gmail.com

Brand-new Beginning Jazz Members: Welcome to the JAMS Jazz Family! Our timing of the concert/end of session is a bit off this time (we’ll fix it next session!), but we *highly encourage* brand-new members and their families to attend the concert, even if students are not yet ready to perform. New members will be allowed to play any of the concert pieces they are able to play well, as determined by Colin and me. It will be totally understandable, though, if new members aren’t ready yet, so no pressure!
