Dear FOJAM Music Families,
A big “well done” goes out to the students, family, friends and community who supported the Music-a-thon!
The Music-a-thon exceeded its goal and raised over $24,000 for Jane Addams band, orchestra, jazz and choral programs.
The top three participating classes – Chamber Orchestra, Senior Orchestra and Senior Jazz – all won a class pizza party for their efforts. Additionally, a prize drawing was held for students who submitted their participation form by the deadline.
Friends of Jane Addams Music (FOJAM) funding supports our music students and award-winning music programs through instrument and sheet music purchases; financial assistance to students for festival trips; financial support for festival fees, teacher grants and workshops.
