Help Us Deliver Wonderful Winter Concerts
We are seeking volunteers to help coordinate concerts for this school year. We have a band concert coordinator, but we are still in need of one person from Chior, Jazz and Orchestra to step forward and help produce the concerts!
A concert Coordinator oversees the logistics of 3 concerts through the year. Coordinates volunteers for the concert set-up/take-down, bake sales, AV, and merchandise sales. Is the main point person on the night of the performance. Works with the Director, VP of Concert Operations and the Volunteer Coordinator for support as needed.

We are looking for a bake sale coordinator for choir!
The bake sale coordinator works with the Volunteer Coordinator and Communications Chair to solicit volunteers to assist with concert bake sales. Manages the volunteers and the bake sales table for each concert.
Students love the bake sale treats and parents appreciate the Banh Mi Sandwiches. This year we’ll also have t-shirts, hoodies, and whatever extras we have from the online sale. Would you consider helping out?
